PONDAN Magic Ice Cream adalah bubuk es krim siap pakai yang sangat praktis dan lezat rasanya. Anda hanya menambahkan air es lalu dikocok bersama PONDAN Magic Ice Cream lalu bekukan dan jadilah es krim lezat kesukaan anda.
Ingredients :
- gula pasir,
- susu skim bubuk,
- cokelat bubuk,
- inulin,
- pengemulsi nabati,
- pemantap,
- garam,
- perisa cokelat,
- perisa strawberry,
- perisa vanila,
- vitamin,
- pewarna makanan : Biru Berlian CI 42090, Cokelat HT CI 20285, Tartrazin CI 19140, Karmoisin CI 14720, Ponceau 4R CI 16255.
Tips :
If you want your ice cream to have more body, more mouthfeel. Replace 200cc ice water with 200cc cold dairy milk.
How to make :
- MIX 1 pack of Pondan Magic Ice Cream Chocolate flavour (netto 100g) with precisely 200cc ice water. BEAT at high speed for 5-10 minutes (or using a hand whisk) until the mixture is foamy and thick.
- Pour ice cream mixture into plastic container, spare some space for another ice cream flavour, then put it in freezer.•Repeat the above steps for strawberry and vanilla flavour ice cream mixes. Put them side by side in plastic container in the following order: first chocolate, then strawberry, finally vanilla ice cream.
- Freeze for 3-5 hours in freezer.
- Ready to serve.
- If you want your ice cream to have more body, more mouthfeel, for each flavour you can Replace 200 cc ice water with 200 cc cold dairy milk or with 2 spoonsfull full cream milk powder in to 200 cc cold water.
