Ingredients :
- Sugar,
- skim milk powder,
- cocoa powder
- fiber source (inuline),
- emulsifier,
- stabilizer,
- salt,
- chocolate flavour,
- vitamins premix,
- food colour : Briliant Blue FCF E133 (FD&C Blue no.1), Chocolate Brown HT E155 (Food Red 3), Tartrazine E102 (FD&C Yellow 5), Carmoisine E122 (Food Red 3), Choco chip.
Tips :
If you want your ice cream to have more body, more mouthfeel. Replace 300cc ice water with 300cc cold dairy milk.
How to make :
- MIX Pondan Magic Ice Cream Mix with precisely 275 cc ice water. BEAT at high speed for 5-10 minutes (or using a hand whisk) until the mixture is foamy and thick.

Pour Ice Cream Mix mixture into plastic container.
- Freeze for 4-5 hours in freezer.
- Create your own toppings creation using fresh fruit like kiwis, strawberries or raspberries, and canned fruit like peach or longan, as well as your favorite mochi cake. Ready to serve.
