PONDAN Magic Ice Cream adalah bubuk es krim siap pakai yang sangat praktis dan lezat rasanya. Anda hanya menambahkan air es lalu dikocok bersama PONDAN Magic Ice Cream lalu bekukan dan jadilah es krim lezat kesukaan anda.
Ingredients :
- Sugar,
- skim milk powder,
- inulin,
- emulsifier,
- stabilizer,
- salt,
- cappucino flavour,
- vanila flavour,
- food colour : FD&C BLue No.1, FD&C yellow No.6, CI Food Red 3.
Tips :
If you want your ice cream to have more body, more mouthfeel. Replace 300cc ice water with 300cc cold dairy milk.
How to make :
- MIX Pondan Magic Ice Cream Vanila flavour with precisely 100cc ice water. BEAT at high speed for 5-10 minutes (or using a hand whisk) until the mixture is foamy and thick.

Pour Ice Cream Mix mixture into 20 x 10 x 7 cm pan, then put into freezer.
- MIX 1 pack Pondan Magic Ice Cream Cappucino flavour with precisely 100cc ice water. BEAT at high speed for 5-10 minutes (or using a hand whisk) until the mixture is foamy and thick.

Pour Cappucino Ice Cream Mix mixture on top of ice cream vanila in the pan. Frezee for 4-5 hours in freezer.
- Take out the ice cream from pan, then decorate with pondan whiep cream and chocolate powder as topping (optional). Ready to serve.
