Ingredients :

  • Wheat flour
  • Corn starch
  • Skim milk powder,
  • Sugar
  • Baking powder,
  • Emulsifer (E471, E472b, E477)
  • Vannila flavour
  • Chocolate paste

TIPS:
Baking is done when toothpick inserted in the centre of cakes comes out clean.

Cara membuat :

  • Heat oven to 160°C.

  • Beat eegs at high speed for ± 4 minutes until foamy.

  • Add PONDAN Lapis Surabaya CAke Mix then beat again at high speed for ± minutes until the batter is smooth & thick.

  • Add cooled melted margarine and butter then stir well until even.

  • Divide butter into 3 portions, then add chocolate paste into one portion, leave the others plain.

  • Prepare 3 pans ( 22x22 cm ), cover the bottom with baking paper then grease sides of pan with margarine. Pour each portion into it's pan. Bake for 15 minutea on medium heat temperature (160°C) until done.

  • Let it cool for a while, then peel off the skin of cake. Spread on top with PONDAN Whip Cream or your favourite butter cream/ jam, and then put them together in layers. Enjoy your Lapis Surabaya.
