Beat margarine with butter for 3 minutes at high speed. Add eggs and beat again for another 2 minutes.

Add Pondan Castangel cookie mix, bit by bit, mix well with spantula. Add finely chopped frated cheese and mix well.

Pick dough about a size of your finger, brush the surface with egg yolk solution (beat using a spoon 2 egg yolks with 1 spoonful of cooking oil), sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake with medium heat (140oC) for 45 minutes. Makes 2 jars of castangel cookies
